......... A sunBEAM! a SunBEAM!
I can't believe Taytum is old enough to join Primary. I wasn't sure what she would do, I knew she would go in just fine but didn't know if she would get bored and want to play with the toys like she did in nursery, but she did great and has never had a hard time transitioning.
A cute little stinker. We had a discussion about her age one day when she found out the babysitters little boy turned 3. She kept saying he can't be 3 because I am 3 and she wasn't letting the subject go so I finally told her that he was 3 and that she was 3 1/2 and it stuck, and anytime anybody asks how old she is, it is always 3 and a half.
Two beautiful girls sporting matching dresses. I love how big Kylee's eyes are right here. She really does have a pair of beautiful blue eyes.
6 Months Old!
I can't believe how fast these first six months have gone, Kylee brings a smile to our faces each and every day. She really is a happy baby and smiles and laughs easily. She is definitely one of our greatest joys. We love you Kylee-bugs.

Family Snow Day
One Saturday in January we bundled up and headed for the hills - which happened to be the nice gentle slopes in back of Grandpa and Grandma Paxman's house. We had a lot of fun sledding and Taytum especially had a great time.
I'm sure she is wondering what kind of craziness is going on and why she had to be bundled up like a giant pink marshmellow but she went along with it.
Daddy and Taytum's turn
Finally brave enough to do it by herself.
The hard part, walking back up to do it again.
A little steeper this time.
My turn. Taytum's totally ok with me doing all the work.
Great snow faces as we cruise to the bottom.
Kylee stayed out for about 30 minutes than we handed her off to Grandma so we could stay out awhile longer.
Just how many people do you think we can get on one sled.
We had a great day, on the last run we decided to try a steeper hill. We started gathering a bit more speed than we wanted too since Taytum was on with us, anyway we hit enough of a bump that it sent us sailing. I was so busy trying to hold onto Taytum that I landed right on my rear, needless to say I was quite sore for awhile but it was fun.
Random January Pictures
Taytum got a new set of paints for Christmas so she had to give them a try. She paints most every day. I really do try and let her experiment and not worry about the mess.
Outside playing in the snow while mom shovels.
We love snow!
Mom finally decided to play and let Taytum do all the work....ha..ha..
Going in to some lunch and hot cocoa.
A new trick. Rolling to her tummy.
A new science experiment
Food coloring, baking soda and vinegar. She used the eye dropper to hear it fizz and spread.
Fort day. We made a blanket fort.
We then hooked up my computer underneath and she enjoyed a movie and popcorn in her fort.
A pajama clad cutie.
