Wow! What a month.

This month has been full of adventures. I've posted a ton of pictures and this took me forever so you all better comment. This month we went swimming, had lots of fun Easter activities and just hung out at home. The school year is coming to a close so it's getting extra busy at work but I have really enjoyed working half time. Kyle has been busy at work as well with a new computer program they have had to switch over too. Needless to say we have been busy but happy!!

Pool Party

We got invited to go to Richfield and attend my niece's pool birthday party. I thought it would be lot of fun and plus we just had to use this swim suit we got from her baby shower at least once. She was so cute and we had lots of fun. She really liked the water and loved this floaty tube. Hopefully we'll be able to go again soon.

The Birthday girl. Thanks Jacey for inviting us, we had a blast.

Mamma and Tayters doing laps. She loved to just kick her legs.

Taytum and Aunt Katie

Uncle Jeremy and Luke.

This is Taytum 2 minutes after we got done swimming. I hadn't even finished getting everything in the car and she was out. The water must have wore her out.

Uncle Jeremy and Jacey playing.

The girls daily chore is to feed the calves, 'twinkle toes and princess dot'.

Taytum and I got to help feed the baby calves.

One of the mama cats came and payed Taytum a visit. She sure likes animals.

Katie has two batches of baby kittens making a total of 11.

She liked this little swing.

Playing outside on the tramp with the cousins.

Easter

Taytum's first Easter. She watched in her bumbo as we colored Easter eggs.

Easter sunday, we had dinner with all the Paxman clan. It was nice day to relax and visit with family members. It was also the opening day of the Boston Red Sox so you will see in the next couple of pictures that we're all sporting our red Sox gear.

Grandma has been such a life saver and tending our sweet angel often.

Grandpa always gets Taytum to sing.

Tayters loves her Unkie Kirk.

I was trying to get Taytum to pose inside this basket

I think this was is great because she's waving to the camera.

Hours of fun with these empty Easter eggs. Though I put noodles in one thinking she'ld like the sound but she had more fun with the empty ones.

I don't know what kind of face expressions she's pulling but I think it's funny.

Taytum and her Easter basket. She didn't need a dress so we got her some jeans and called it good this year.

Easter at Grandma and Grandpa Macs
A couple of weeks after Easter, my Grandma and Grandpa Mac had their annual Easter egg hunt. We also celebrated my grandparents 60th wedding anniversary this same weekend. I thought I had some pictures of them both with Tayters but I couldn't find them so it must have been just my mom taking pictures. We had lunch with a bunch of my cousins and then looked for eggs. It was a fun day. We were sad that daddy had to work today and couldn't join in on the celebration.

We made daddy proud by finding all the camoflauge eggs.

Luke.

She just wants to eat the eggs who cares about looking for them.

Easter quest.

Everyone enjoying lunch and expecting their Easter eggs.

RANDOM APRIL PICS

9 month stats:
weight = 17 lbs
height = 26 in.

Crazy hair! Her hair will stay like this after pony or pigtails until we wash it.

Daddy and Tayterbug.

Mommy and me.

This is mom trying to be a photographer and I like how this one turned out.

Taytum, up to this point in her life, loves her car seat. She always gets so excited when we start buckling her up to go.

Her new favorite place to be is on the floor under our computer chair.

Always reaching for the camera but I love this close up of her.

She's getting pretty good in her walker and will walk towards us when we're in the room.

Just a happy little girl.

SEE YA NEXT MONTH!

Colorado!!

We went to Colorado this past weekend to look for elk and deer sheds. We had a great time. We couldn't get to where we were originally were going to go because of snow levels but in the end were able to explore a little and see some great country. The weather was awesome and we finally got in some hiking after what seemed a long winter.

I was lucky enough to find a nice set of brown sheds.

I just need to mention that I beat the boys with the biggest and the most sheds!!

Travis and Kyle scoping out the land.

What a great trip, I hope we get to do it again soon.

Random Pics of Taytum

Here are some random pictures of what Taytum has been up to throughout this month of March

St. Patricks Day!
.

My sleeping angel. She always sleeps in touchdown mode with arms straight up.

We finally got to go for a stroller ride now that it's been a little warmer.

My staticky hair and Daddy!

Daddy also likes to put me upside down.

She got a walker from Aunt Annette and likes it most of the time.

I just love this picture!!

She likes her bumbo and having dinner with the rest of us now. Though we now have a high chair thanks to Grandma and Grandpa Paxman.

I'm Crazy! (or maybe it's just her mother who is crazy)

She loves bath and is making sure she gets me wet every time.

She is quite the piano player.

Projects
I started two projects. One: I decided to make my own baby food. So far I have made sweet potatoes, butternut squash, peas, and carrots. Now I'm on to making some applesauce, pears and pasta.

I got a new sewing machine for Christmas and then some patterns from my mother-in law so I decided to make Taytum a pair of pajamas for her birthday. I think they turned out great though I think they'll be to big for her first birthday.

Peek a Boo!!

It is so fun to play peek a boo with Taytum. She starts giggling almost instantly everytime we play. Here is a short clip of us doing just that. Sorry that the video is a bit bumpy for I'm trying to play the game and hold the camera. I just love her little personality that is starting to show. Besides Peek A Boo, lately she has become a flapper. She loves to flap her arms up and down and it is so funny!

The time has come to....

..............put the block on our blog so I am aware of who is checking it out. I've been wanting to do this for awhile but I kept putting it off but I think it will be best for our family.
I love to read other people's blogs, and I want all friends and family to continue looking at our blog. All you have to do is email me (cabecita25@hotmail.com) and give me your email and I will put you on the access list. As for anyone who looks at our blog but doesn't have a blog of your own, you will just need to get a Google account, which is free and easy to obtain, and then email me with your email address. Once I put the block on the blog, I'll send you an email and that email has a link that takes you to my blog once you sign in with your Google account. It might sound confusing but it's not and let me know if you need help setting up your google account.

I'm going to activate the block on
