Morgan County Easter Egg Hunt
We went up to Morgan for their free Easter egg hunt at the Rec Center. It was a lot of fun and Tayter's first egg hunt. Daddy got it all on film while I snapped a couple of pics. Here she is waiting for the fun to begin.
Waiting with anticipation. These little ones have no concept of time so it was entertaining to try and keep her busy before it actually started and keep her from running out early.
Posing with this scary looking Easter bunny.
Get Ready, Set, Go!
She did so good and our practicing paid off, for she knew exactly what to do.
Checking out the loot that was just collected.
Waiting in line with our numbered egg that makes us a winner of a basket.
Grandma Mac's Easter Party
There were only a few of us this year but that just meant more eggs for us who were. We had lunch and looked for more eggs.
Daddy helping me find some more Easter eggs.
So Happy!
She knew what to look for without our help and here she found one in Grandma's tire.
And another one in the dead sticks.
Taytum and Emree showing off their Easter baskets.
Grandma puts numbers in her eggs and when we're done we go find the corresponding number prize. Taytum got this duck hat and actually wore it for awhile. She is so stinking cute.
Tackling Grandpa.
Getting ready to throw a ball. Future Pitcher??
My silly monkey who loves balls. She would get two in her hand then get one in her mouth and walk around like that until you convinced her to throw them, then she would do it again.
Easter Morning.
I got her this new Easter dress and tried to get a picture of it but she didn't want to sit or stand still. Below are the attempted shots at getting this pretty dress on film (or SD Card however you want to think about it).
Closeup!!
Outside in my pretty dress.
Cruising the sidewalk with my egg in my hand. I love spring flowers!
Just being silly with a bucket on my head.
